I believe it's really important to have a festival that gathers so many people from around the world, coming from different backgrounds. It opens many angles to the creative industries which is exactly what creativity needs - diversity, fresh perspective and new people. That is why I am thrilled to take part in the PHNX jury this year.

It is really a breath of fresh air to see so many creative people from so many different backgrounds at one place sharing their points of view. Also, I think it's really important that PHNX is giving a chance to young creatives, as well as experienced ones, to share their perspective. That is the future of creativity.

Honestly, I can't imagine anyone thinking this could be a bad idea. It gives you the feeling of fairness which we lack in so many spheres. Maybe I would go with the analogy of open doors to creative thinkers and creative work in general.

An idea that makes you laugh, cry, really think about where we are as humanity or that makes you proud that you are a part of the creative industry.

I think I must say - the famous artificial intelligence. It's a bit amazing, a bit frightening, a bit 'it can do so much work instead of me' and a bit 'will it take over our jobs'. In a word, I think it's great that we are here.
