About me

A technology oriented Designer, able to connect development and design teams into one cohesive group capable of creating, testing and deploying great user experiences.

With more than 14 years of experience as Interaction Designer, 10 years of leadership roles, I am capable of both hands on work ( from user flows and high fidelity wireframes to fully capable prototypes using HTML5: Css, Javascript / Coffeescript / Haxe and others ) and mentoring work without losing track of relevant business goals.

After 8 years at an R&D group at Nokia Institute of Technology I was able to gather experience across several product categories: TVs, Set top boxes, Car Dashboards, Home automation, e-Ink based readers, Phones and Tablets ( core OS design) as well other smaller consumer electronics UX work. Technologies used in these projects range from Symbian OS and Meego / Tizen to Android, iOS and other proprietary embedded OS solutions.

In the last 4 years I've been heavily focused on cross platform media products, designing products for TV, Vide game consoles, set top boxes, web browsers, phones , tablets.

I am also interested in all new form on input that will impact how we do interaction design & user centered design: Armbands, body sensors (wearable devices), motion trackers like Leap, computer vision, and VR systems.
