Menno Kluin is the Global Chief Creative Officer at Iris Worldwide, a creative micro-network celebrated for being “big enough to be dangerous, small enough to be creative.” In this role, Menno channels his innovative vision to drive transformative work across the network.
Before joining Iris, Menno served as Chief Creative Officer at 360i and later at Dentsu Creative, where he oversaw a period of significant growth and creative acclaim. Under his leadership, 360i earned numerous awards, including several Grand Prix and Best of Show honors, before merging into Dentsu Creative. Elevated to Chief Creative Officer for all Dentsu agencies in the U.S., Menno’s tenure was marked by high-profile campaigns, such as the widely discussed Super Bowl ad featuring Larry David for FTX—a project he notes with a mix of pride and irony, given the company’s infamous collapse. During this time, Menno was named “US Creative Person of the Year” by Campaign Magazine.
Renowned for blending progressive ideas with exceptional design and craft, Menno has amassed an impressive array of accolades, including being named the “Most Awarded Art Director Worldwide.” He has guided agencies to achieve A-list status and has personally secured multiple industry honors: two One Show “Best of Discipline” awards, a Cannes Grand Prix, a Titanium Lion, and several other Grand Prix from prestigious festivals including Epica. Agencies under his leadership have been named Agency of the Year by Cannes, Clio, and Young Guns, with Cannes also ranking them 2nd and 3rd globally in consecutive years.
Menno’s work extends beyond the industry bubble, with two of his projects featured prominently on CBS 60 Minutes. He has also served as ADC NY Interactive Jury President, further solidifying his influence in shaping modern advertising’s creative landscape
