RJ is all about purposeful work: creativity that leaves legacies for future generations and adds to the good in this world.
A copy-based creative based in Manila, RJ started his creative journey a decade ago and has since worked on some of the world’s biggest brands—Caltex, Ford, Colgate, Palmolive, Kia, Gatorade, Sting, telco brands—with the country’s biggest advertising agencies, including VMLY&R Philippines, Wunderman Thompson Manila, and DDB MNL.
He won the CRYSTAL award at the Ad Stars New Stars Young Creative Competition 2020, besting over 200 entries in 26 countries. He was also one of the 9 Filipino creatives handpicked by the London International Awards to undergo a creative mentorship program in 2022.
His advertising work recognitions include Ad Stars, Campaign Brief THE WORK, Luum Awards, Marketing Excellence Awards, Gerety Awards, Tambuli Asia-Pacific Awards, Boomerang Awards, and Kidlat Awards.
When he’s not doing creative work, RJ is a hardcore BLACKPINK stan, a frustrated singer, a newbie Tiktoker, and a dad of 12 fish.
