There are so many creative ad shows out there. But PHNX is truly the most democratic one. With 0 money entrance fee, can I say it's truly inclusive? That's gold for all those courageous small to medium creative entities that don't have the chance to show up elsewhere. And this year, with all the buzz about AI, I felt the need to contribute to this beautiful celebration of human creativity.

I think the mixture is gold! Bringing different competencies to the judging table ensures a 360 approach that gives depth and true value to the final decision.

There are so many creative entities not having the chance to compete in award shows because... well, money. At the same time, awards can be a precious fuel to small and medium organizations. Somehow, they are more precious to these entities than to the giant networks. And still, all the award shows seem to be put out there only for the big ones. It's just another form of discrimination, truly. That's why the free entry it's such a good idea.

Courageously creative, wonderfully strategic, authentically empathic. Humor is a plus.
