Tomasz (Tom) Pawlikowski is a pioneer of marketing and communication in Central and Eastern Europe. During his extensive career he has worked for marketers such as IBM, and then agencies DMB&B, and Publicis Group where he managed agencies: Publicis, Optimedia, Leo Burnett, and Saatchi. Under his management and leadership, organizations in other countries transformed.
He laid down the first regional foundations for the current global concept of an integrated communication group that today functions at Publicis under the name of Power of One. He acquired many talents and independent agencies for the Group, which became part of this organization. In recent years, he has built a global e-commerce content resource within Publicis Commerce for several dozen markets with his team. He has worked with virtually all of the world’s largest brands. Individually he works with marketer’s boards and C-Level representatives.
