Prior to Accenture Glen held the position of Managing Director, Digital Practice at Harte-Hanks. A recognized expert on emerging digital technologies and methods, Glen authored Digital Optimization™, on how best to optimize customer relationships online, a topic he speaks on frequently at industry events and for publications.


Prior to Harte-Hanks, Glen held the position of EVP/Managing Director of Horn Group where he helped launch the agency's Digital practice. Previously Glen was President & COO of KSciences, a technology consulting and systems integration firm specializing in digital solutions. Under his leadership KSciences was named as a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2002.


Past positions include: VP of Marketing and Strategy at Identify Software, a Deloitte & Touche Fast 50 Company (acquired by BMC) and Chief Marketing Officer at Giga Information Group (now part of Forrester Research).


Glen’s career began in direct marketing, advertising agencies and digital start ups where he led award-winning campaigns and omnichannel experiences for Fortune 500 clients.


Glen received a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and completed the graduate program in music and film composition from the Grove School of Music.
