After almost 30 years serving clients and developing Deloitte’s people, I was named Deloitte’s first CMO in March 2015. In this role, I am responsible for driving Deloitte’s growth by building strong client, community and legislative relationships, creating powerful client and market experiences, and delivering unique insights and thought leadership using leading edge technology platforms.


Since joining Deloitte in 1985, I have championed and created environments where all individuals can thrive, ensuring the success of our clients and our people and creating business growth for Deloitte. I was the first managing principal for Deloitte University, The Leadership Center—our training campus in Westlake, TX—where Deloitte’s people of all levels experience and develop leadership skills. I have also held a number of client, portfolio and talent leadership roles.


I am a Cincinnati native and dedicated to the prosperity, opportunity, and growth of my community. I am chairman and founder of IMPACT Autism, a philanthropy supporting people with autism and their families.
