Developed and managed all internal and external communications efforts across the UM global network. Managed an international team to drive the agency’s brand initiatives, public relations, awards efforts, events and corporate image.
Key Accomplishments
UM APAC was the most awarded agency at the inaugural Festival of Media Asia Pacific and named overall “Agency of the Year” for the festival. UM Global CEO, Jacki Kelley, was named an Adweek “Woman of the Year.” UM won multiple Effie, Cannes, M&M and other major industry creativity and effectiveness awards
Led a team of Public Relations and Marketing professionals. Developed and maintained a consistent voice across the agency network in the press, online, via social media, throughout executive speaking engagements, and within new business credentials documents & RFIs. Produced and managed internal (agency) and external (industry + client) events. Created and communicated marketing strategy globally across 100+ markets. Responsible for global agency re-brand and rollout.
Key Accomplishments
MPG surpassed all expectations and received multiple media creativity awards at Cannes, the Festivals of Media, Eurobest, M&M and virtually all other major media industry awards. MPG U.S named Mediapost “Media Agency of the Year” for two consecutive years. MPG Global CEO, Maria Luisa Francoli, was named an AWNY and Working Mother, “Working Mother of the Year” in 2010.
Co-authored CheckmateTM, OMD’s proprietary strategic planning process, and led its introduction across US offices. Founding member of the Ignition group. Supported U.S. and Global New Business efforts. Worked collaboratively with regional counterparts in APAC, LATAM and EMEA to galvanize all marketing, PR, branding and communications efforts. Helped build the OMD Global account management process and the Global Creativity council. Developed the internal OMD Global “Insights, Ideas, Results” awards.
Key Accomplishments
OMD U.S. won their first ever Cannes Gold Media Lion and was named “Agency of the Year” at the 2006 Cannes Festival. Drafted the submissions which led to OMD winning both Global and U.S. Agency of the year honors in Advertising Age and Adweek. Produced and managed the U.S. CEO’s annual road show as well as all internal management events and conferences.
Member of the team responsible for the business development and partnership management efforts across CNN’s suite of websites (CNN.com, CNNfn & CNN Sports).
Managed the business development/advertising sales efforts for Preview Travel in the Northwest. After Travelocity acquired Preview Travel, moved with the company to New York to grow and manage their clients across the Northeast.
