Max is cool, calm and collected. He joined Lola in 2001 as a compositor, his obvious talent meant he rose through the ranks and soon became Senior Compositor and Head of 2D. Max is rigorous about detail. His ability to problem solve is combined with a close understanding of 3D animation and effects techniques to produce invisible, realistic effects for feature films, broadcast TV and commercials.
