Cintia Gonçalves started her career as a planner in 1998.She joined AlmapBBDO 14 years ago, first as an planner. In 2006, she became planning director. In May 2013 she became General Planning Director and partner.Under Cintia’s leadership, AlmapBBDO became the first Brazilian agency to be awarded twice with the Gran Effie - first for the Pepsi campaign, in 2011, followed for Visa’s campaign in 2013.In 2012, Cintia was a nominee for the Caboré, the most important award for achievements in the advertising business in Brazil.
