After starting his career at Mindshare as a media planner, Darius joined BBH with an ambition to bring channel thinking upstream in the creative process. Ideas must influence channels and channels must influence ideas. Siloing the two means less engaging, less famous and less effective work.
After ten years at BBH including four mad years in Shanghai and four more back in London at BBH Sport, Darius joined Electric Glue with a hunger to help build a different kind of agency. One that brings media and creative back together by collaborating with like-minded agencies and forging long-term partnerships with media owners.
