Pam Hügli

Pam Hügli is Managing Partner of Serviceplan Suisse. She holds a degree in marketing and business management of the University Basel.

Her professional career started as a trainee at Advico Young & Rubicam in Zurich. A couple of years years later she became Group Account Director and member of the Executive Board of Spillmann/Felser/Leo Burnett.

In 2012, she took over the responsibility to build up the agency spin-off Alpha 245 as Managing Director. Within three years, Alpha 245 became a wellknown and ambitious market player. Seeking for more entrepreneurial freedom, she took the opportunity and became Managing Partner at Serviceplan Suisse in the beginning of 2016.
