Richard is an award-winning creative director with an established reputation for creative leadership.
Most recently, he was with DDB Needham, where his primary creative responsibility was the telecom giant, U.S. West. Prior to this he had his own creative consultancy. Before that he was a Group Creative Director at Saatchi & Saatchi in New York, where he led the creative charge on Gallo wines, Tylenol, Burger King Kid's Club, Mexico and General Mills. This was preceded by a lengthy stint at Hal Riney & Partners as Executive Creative Director where he managed the creative product for John Deere, Chicago Tribune, Blue Cross & Blue Shield and John Nuveen. Preceding this, he was Group Creative Director for Bozell Worldwide, where he worked on Amway International, Wolverine Boots & Shoes, managed the creative product for the Illinois Lottery and was part of a task force to help launch the new Florida Lottery.
Richard has received numerous awards for his work, including the Cannes Silver Lion, Communications Arts, The One Show, The Art Director's Club, D&AD and The Andy Awards. He lives with his wife and three children in a suburb of Chicago. He received his B.S. degree from Parsons College.
