Lead full strategic and creative scope for Tele2 Kazakhstan brand (one of the top telecom players on the market), developing first-rate omnichannel campaigns, with international collaborations and video production across the globe.
Launched and ran a brand-new department of in-house content production. Successfully developed it into a solid and trusted in-house studio with a core internal team and a wide range of reliable and qualified outsource partners for various production purposes.
• Set up a new in-house production department from scratch: developed a cross-functional workflow system and integrated financial framework for the department, assembled a core internal team and a network of 150+ freelancers/vendors;
• Produced 250+ CG & shooting projects for TV, digital and corporate needs for local and international clients (EU & US), using internal, freelance and production studios resources;
• Hired and grew talents: producers and motion/3D designers, including the growth of interns into junior and middle roles;
• Enabled department profitability - revenue in the first year exceeded the plan by 50%.
Led the new agency Arnold Moscow (Havas Group) as an Account Director. Successfully grew client accounts, team expertise and agency recognition on the market, managed a whole variety of projects with ATL, BTL and Digital components.
• Managed IT projects and high-end marketing campaigns with video production for TV and digital channels (incl. shooting and post-production done in Europe), that resulted in usage rights buy-out for 5 brands by CIS and European markets;
• Led account management workflow with clients, incl. LTV growth of the key client by 275% during 4 years by enabling them to switch from single tender requests to multi-brand scope-base workflow;
• Managed cross-functional teams of up to 10 people with strategy, creative, digital, production, legal, and accounting departments involved. As well as communication with external stakeholders: Havas network, Media, PR & Digital agencies, Production studios;
• Led & mentored a team of managers, enabled their development & promotion to senior roles;
• Led agency development on the market - from launch in 2015 to top 30 in advertising in AKAR rating of creativity of 2017;
• Enabled sustainable annual revenue growth (up to 150% during 4 years).
