Why did you think it was important to join the PHNX jury this year?
Being a PHNX judge holds significant importance for me as it enables me to stay abreast of the latest trends and perspectives in our industry, establish meaningful connections with the great talent in the industry, and actively contribute to the recognition and advancement of creative brilliance. I'm excited to be part of this process and look forward to celebrating and recognizing the creativity that will be showcased at this festival.
What do you think of our hybrid jury, featuring creatives but also strategists, clients and people from all corners of the industry?
I believe that this diverse panel brings together a variety of perspectives, expertise, and insights that are invaluable for comprehensively evaluating creative work. The jury can provide a comprehensive assessment that considers not only artistic merit, but also strategic effectiveness, client impact, and overall industry relevance.
What do you think of the idea of free entry until the shortlist stage?
I consider it encourages increased participation and diversity in the festival, enhances the competition, and ensures a more equitable representation of creativity in the industry. It provides an opportunity for all to share their projects and contribute to the festival's vitality and innovation.
How would you define the perfect PHNX Awards winner?
The perfect winner is someone who demonstrates creativity, innovation, and effectiveness in their work.
What is having the biggest impact on creative trends at the moment?
It's important to emphasize social and environmental consciousness. I believe it will be increasingly crucial to discover creative solutions to significant global challenges we face, and to also take advantage of the technological advances that we have seen in recent years that have a positive impact on the environment.
