“Don’t you think the logo should be bigger?” said my Dad who worked in advertising, to 8 years old me while pointing his finger to a huge Pepsi billboard on a street in Jeddah.
I looked at him, then looked back at the billboard that had only a logo on it.
I nodded with a shy smile and said to myself “i think Dad needs an eye doctor”

Fast forward 15 years later, im in an ad agency in Lebanon. How? A story for another day.
Four people Sitting in an unnecessarily big room with a huge screen displaying the work. Silence is dominated after presenting the work. Waiting for the client to give his feedback.
Finally, he raised his finger, pointed at the billboard design on slide 97, that had only a logo on it and said, “Don’t you think the logo should be bigger?”

Then, and only then i realized that on that day, my Dad threw a clients joke.

I am Wael, never wanted to be in advertising, but here i am an Associate Creative Director at Science & Sunshine with a humble amount of metals on the shelf.
My best skill? Solution Finding.

My best wisdom?
When servicing gives you lemons, ask for a knife, sugar, squeezer, spoon, cups and some towels.
You’re about to make the best lemonade ever.
