Why did you think it was important to join the PHNX jury this year?
I think it's important to support Adforum, and ... i like judging!
What do you think of our hybrid jury, featuring creatives but also strategists, clients and people from all corners of the industry?
I think this is an inspired approach. Bringing diverse thinking to bear on awards is much needed in my opinion.
What do you think of the idea of free entry until the shortlist stage?
It will be interesting to see what this means for the kind of entries you get. i am hopeful it will garner submissions from small and less well-funded places that are nevertheless doing great work.
How would you define the perfect PHNX Awards winner?
Groundbreaking, effective and also mindful of issues beyond the ad industry in the 'real world'.
What is having the biggest impact on creative trends at the moment?
Gen AI by a mile
