Ben James holds the position of Head of Creative at T Brand, the creative services division of The New York Times Advertising Department. This division encompasses the acclaimed content studio, T Brand Studio.

Ben's career commenced at Crispin Porter + Bogusky and subsequently extended to roles at Y&R, Goodby Silverstein, CAA, culminating in his tenure as Chief Creative Officer at JWT New York. His creative endeavors have garnered acclaim from prestigious entities such as Cannes, One Show Entertainment, The Sundance Film Festival, CES, and others.
In 2010, his contribution to the Bing-produced short film, "Para Fuera," earned recognition at The Sundance Film Festival. His contributions to product design for Northwell Health were celebrated at Cannes, the Clios, and the Jay Chiat Awards. In 2018, his work for Bongiovi Acoustic Labs was acknowledged in product design categories at CES.
