About me

Rasa is a Head of Strategy at Milk - an independent creative agency based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Rasa has 12+ years of experience in building brands in various business and public sectors: from non-governmental organizations to banks, telcos, and global retail brands.

Rasa's attitude towards brands is simple: despite its size, each brand must have a story - an idea, a reason why, or a purpose behind the product or service, deeply rooted in resonant and actual human truths. Only then the brand can wish to become relevant and (at least a little bit) important to people.

Rasa is a lecturer Vilnius University Business School, where she teaches international Master students strategic brand management.

Rasa was a jury member in the Baltic Best Advertising Festival, ADC'LT, effectiveness festival "Password", PHNX 2024.

Rasa's primary responsibilities as a head of strategy are the development of brand positioning strategies for local and international brands. Rasa has experience building brand strategies for all sorts of brands, starting with young startups and fin-techs and ending with the market leaders in the Baltic States. Rasa regularly works on brand architecture, rebranding, and launch strategies, integrated campaign strategies, and employer brand strategies. As a head of the strategy, Rasa also supervises creative teams and consulting account managers regarding brand consistency and strategy implementation.

In collaboration with clients, Rasa periodically presents the best cases for an annual marketing effectiveness competition “Password”, and “WARC” effectiveness awards competition.

Some of the brands Rasa is/was working with: IKEA, Telia, DFDS, SEB, DNB, Luminor, Lithuanian National Olympic Committee, Ignitis Group, main retail chains in Lithuania - MAXIMA, IKI, RIMI (Baltics), LIDL.
