Named one of Business Insider’s 30 most creative women in advertising, Sanam Petri has spent two decades shaping some of the most influential campaigns in sports and entertainment.
She’s completed two tours of duty on Nike, one as Wieden+Kennedy’s CD in London, the other as R/GA’s creative lead on Nike Digital Sports in New York, and was responsible for the first three years of creative output at Beats by Dre – instrumental in crafting their brand tone and attitude from the very beginning.
Sanam has also worked directly into many artists, actors and musicians, developing projects with Will Smith, Herbie Hancock, Cara Delevingne, and working on Beyonce’s Lemonade.
Sanam’s been a repeat lecturer at Harvard and Central St. Martins, as well as privately mentoring other BIPOC and LGBTQ+ creatives like herself.
