In a few words, can you tell us who you are what your job title is?
Im Daniela Varela, a Uruguayan Creative Director currently living in Brooklyn.
What word would you best use to describe your office’s culture? Give us an example
Playground. We like to do good work, and in order to do that, we need to have fun, to be disruptive and think outside the box. This seems basic, but if you dont foster a culture where prototyping, innovation, trial and error, diversity of opinions are being held, you wont be able to have fun, hence, the work is going to suck. Im blessed and priviledge to play around such talented and geniunely good people.
If you were stranded on a desert island and could only use one app., which app would it be?

What is your opinion on the growing trend of agencies getting involved with developing products for clients?

I believe the ux and ui are fantastic. Seems like there was a huge investment when it comes to prototyping. My feeling is that this was an idea that wasnt tested - doesnt seem useful, it doesnt solve the problem of being attentive to traffic, you change the screen for dots in a different device still detracting attention and sight to the street. Hopefully Im wrong and the same amount of time and money that went to the device was used in research.
