At this juncture in my life, I believe that prioritizing continuous learning is paramount. Being entrusted with the role of a judge for the Phnx award offers me the invaluable opportunity to see how other advertising professionals do advertising, is a way to keep my mind fresh.

I think is great, advertising is not only for copywriter or art directors, advertising is for the people, so we need the point f view of all the people we can have.

I think is great, other festival, like Wina Festival has the same ideology, encourages the agency to be part of the festival, even as a agancy owner we feel this kind of initiative more human, like you do this for the comunity and not for business. So thats feel cool.

Never seen before, it has to be unique, creative and it must provoke envy.

Everybody is talking about, trends and innovation, but I think we have to go deep, the human being is evolving, the human behavior is changing, the new generation are teaching us, so I think we have to think more ideas for the beahve of the people and not try to be part of a trend or an " innovation futurist era".
