Agencies know the behaviour of customers well. They can trigger the emotion in consumers by designing good campaigns around the brand, hence involvement of an agency while developing products is an important step what brands are taking now days. Any product is the only thing you touch, feel , use, consume etc. Most of people believe wrongly that client and agency won’t go well in terms of product development. But I strongly believe on when creativity and production comes together, magic happens.
We are creatives. It is our natures to augment ourselves and our World. To exceed and adapt. If, we will not change the way we function now, we won't be doing any innovation in the products. New generation demands change. It may be wearable technology or artificial intelligence. To get sustain in this fast pace, we need to come together and work to solve a problems.
