Led talented team of brand managers to build execute territory marketing plans in the East that were consumer first and reflect zeitgeist of local NYC culture. In partnership with cross functional teams, we developed holistic plans to elevate the brand in key moments. Major part of this role was in keeping connected with the core consumer on a daily basis and ensuring their beliefs and values were brought to life in casting to expression around key moments.
1)Trained, built and led highly successful team of 11 to deliver best in class, differentiated consumer insights driven strategies to tech, retail and FMCG brands. Conducted end to end consulting work for clients inclusive of white space identification, segmentation and positioning, ongoing creative ideation and exploration, trends and sensing, in depth exploration of demand spaces, down to GTM tactics.
2)Served as Strategic insights pitch lead for agency creative pitches in partnership with CMO, CEO, and CCO - Responsible for stitching consumer driven narratives to build to big idea.
