Yaser Kassab

Yaser Kassab is an award-winning filmmaker based in Stockholm, his films screened at many prestigious film festivals and got an international appreciation and many prizes, Joris Ivens award at cinema du reel/Pompidou canter 2017, and the best mid-length documentary at the 58th edition of Festival dei Popoli/ Florence 2017.
Yaser works also as a freelancer camera operator, film editor, colourist.
He is studying master in film at Gothenburg university, and studied fine arts photography, in Mullsjö, Gamleby, Forsa folkhögskola.

Best documentary and best mid-length documentary at the 15th edition of Tirana Film Festival. The jury prize at the 13th edition of festival du Film de Famille,Paris.
