Which aspect of your job do you enjoy the most?
Challenges,
Solving issues through great communications tactics. Producing high quality communications and advertising while keeping in mind that final customers and consumers are most importantly humans and not only "consumers".
What do you think will be the biggest challenge for brands in reaching consumers in the next five years?
"Purpose".
Consumers are changing, digital tranformation will make us go back to basics and fundamentals: Brand essence, brand mission and values.
Consumers will engage more whith "useful brands", brands which provide a service and a meaning beside basic product.
What project that you worked on are you most proud of, and why?
It's hard to choose, when you give to each project enough passion and energy.

How can data make us more creative? Can you give a recent example?
We are lucky to be in a data era, because creativity is often based on insights and provided data which helps planners and creatives come up with great ideas.
Before 2010, we used to take months to run a piece of research... In the 19s it took even longer to check some basic data about brands perceptions.. While today data is available, analytics are available... The paradigm is changing, it's no longer about time and availability but about the talents who are able to find out the right insight in all the available data.
