Creative Director - Advertising, Branding, Experience Design, and Strategy
With over 12 years of global experience in advertising, strategy, and product design, Victor has worked with global brands and agencies such as Agoda (Booking Holdings), Publicis Groupe, DDB, McDonald’s, WWF, LG, KFC, IQOS, and Diageo across Argentina, Spain, Vietnam, Thailand, and Japan.
Victor began his career as a copywriter and grew into a marketer and multidisciplinary designer, blending creativity and technology to craft (when possible) meaningful work. Recognized as Vietnam’s Hottest Creative by Campaign Asia in 2020, he has received numerous international awards, joined global advertising and branding award juries in 2021, and began mentoring young talent. In 2022, he was selected to be part of the Rare with Google Leadership Academy, a program designed to shape the next generation of creative leaders, exploring diversity, inclusion, and effective ways to lead multicultural creative teams.
Today, as Creative Director at Publicis Groupe Tokyo, Victor is exploring new ways to use creativity and emerging technologies like AI, seeking to craft meaningful and future-ready brand experiences.
