I manage our entire network's award submission process from start to finish. All of our 14+ offices across the globe participate in both international and regional award shows, and I coordinate the following:

- Curation of projects for submission
- Creative reviews with global leadership team
- Varying award show requirements for 20+ award shows
- Expert category recommendations, reviews, and final selections
- Budget management for each award show
- Submission asset collection and organization
- Submission video production guidance
- Annual awards ROI reports
