I have been a strategic planner since 2004, embarking on a journey that has led me through esteemed agencies such as CLM BBDO, V DDB, and TBWA Paris. During my tenure of 10 years at Marcel within the Publicis Group, I assumed the role of Head of Strategic Planning in 2012. Subsequently, from 2017 onwards, I held the positions of Managing Partner and Chief Strategy Officer.
At Marcel, my work was buoyed by the exceptional talents of the teams I collaborated with. Together, we crafted campaigns that secured more than 30 Lions at Cannes, marking our creative brilliance. Among these achievements, the crowning glory was the Grand Prix in the Creative Effectiveness category in 2019 for the groundbreaking "The Black Supermarket" campaign for Carrefour. Another momentous triumph followed in 2021 with the Grand Prix in the Creative Business Transformation category for Carrefour's "Act for Food" program.
Towards the close of 2020, I embarked on a path that saw me chase the dream of entrepreneurship and independence. I joined Steve as a partner, assuming the roles of Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer. Steve had been honored as the "Independent Advertising Agency of the Year" in 2020, an accolade that further fueled my passion for this journey.
