I've been designing digital experiences since 2000. My passion is an unrelenting focus on people – why and how they use products and services, and how to make their experience ever better. I believe in the power of storytelling, and I'm well versed in design standards for a range of channels – from the web to voice control. In a world of fragmented information and experiences, I excel at designing unifying journeys that create an emotional connection to brands, products and services.
I am the proud leader of a fabulous team of UX, visual, content and interaction designers. They work collaboratively on a mix of design and innovation projects for industries ranging from banks to cars. Their focus is quality, creativity, and the customer. And because of our unique mix of skills and experience, we love building beautiful multi-channel experiences.
I cut my design teeth creating new digital products for Thomson Reuters in New York City. I moved to London in 2005, where I became one of the lead designers of iPlayer and YouView at the BBC. I'm now an ECD and head of user experience at DigitasLBi in London.
