What do you think will be the biggest challenge for brands in reaching consumers in the next five years?
The biggest challenge? To know what the next five years will bring.

No, seriously. It will be crucial for brands to – how many tons of data and attributions and algorithms they will retrieve – to be able to deeply understand people. Humans. Their dreams, hopes, fears. Their realities and fictions. And I mean really deeply understand. Not just analyze and generate an insight. If brands do so, questions on which channel, which message or so, come naturally. This will be a challenge, to find the right balance between fact-based knowledge and empathy-based intuition.
What project that you worked on are you most proud of, and why?
I once built a big swing in my garden.
How can data make us more creative? Can you give a recent example?
As said, it will help us get to the point quicker. Because sonn, we will know everything in realtime.
If this knowledge is then paired with intuition can lead to beautiful work. We are currently working on a tool that builds on the data we / social collects from our team members. I will share the result if it is creative enough (what I am sure of).
