About me

Jason has spent a quarter of a century shaping behaviour. He has worked with local, national and international companies to tell persuasive stories, motivate and influence behaviour, and disrupt conventional thinking. Called upon to work with as diverse organisations as the Department of Defence, Miller Genuine Draught, Red Energy, McDonald’s, the Australian Government, Cricket Australia and Uber amongst others, he advised senior leaders on ways to engage people, shift behaviours, create positive cultures, and develop truly innovative solutions using creative, disruptive thinking.

Jason is the Chair of the Chief Minister’s Brand Strategic Advisory Board for Canberra, an international jury member for multiple creative and impact driven awards, and is a Partner for Synergy Group Australia, and co-leads the creativeXpeople, and now ThinkPlace businesses. These teams create lasting positive impact for people through community engagement, experience design, deep insightful research and futurist strategy, behavioural design and impact, and generative sustainable designs alongside creative impact, campaigns and curiosity.

The team have been invited to ABC’s Gruen 7 times, appearing again this year in 2024, were named one of Australia’s top 5 State Agencies of the Year by B&T, and have themselves been awarded multiple times for their work.
