Matías Stetson is the director and founder of INSIDER LATAM, the news-media outlet that reports on digital transformation of marketing and advertising in Latin America.
In turn, Insider represents AdForum in the southern cone. Insider is also the regional office for the renowned ad festival Epica Awards, where Stetson serves on the jury. At the local level, Matías has also judged in advertising and public relations awards such as Premios Clarín, Mercurio and Eikon.
During his multidisciplinary career, Matías stood out in both Journalism and B2B Marketing, later blending both experiences when creating Insider.
In journalistic matters he has international press experience producing documentaries for Mahoney Films (USA) and working either on news reporting and/or the commercial area of news-media outlets.
He has also worked as Marketing Manager for several B2B Ad Tech companies offering solutions to major advertising agencies and top brands in Latin America, digitally transforming ad processes in companies such as Coca-Cola, Unilever, Natura, Pedidos Ya, Telecom, Starcom, Leo Burnett, and many more.
In terms of academic background, Matías holds a Masters degree in International Relations from the Di Tella University (Argentina) and The George Washington University (The United States of America).
His international professional practices in journalism include his participation in the UN Press Office and The National Press Club in Washington D.C.
He is currently based in Buenos Aires, while traveling extensively to the major marketing and advertising events in Latin America, the US hispanic market and Europe.
