Dr. R. Ayhan Yılmaz (Ph.D.) graduated from Advertising & PR Department at Anadolu University, Eskişehir, Turkey with an MA thesis on “Communication Campaigns for Increasing Voter Behavior in Elections”. She received her Ph. D. in Advertising and Public Relations, with a thesis on “Communication Effects of Emotional Advertising Appeals in TV Advertising”. Rasime teaches courses such as advertising theory, advertising creativity, advertising campaign planning, advertising history, corporate communication, and persuasive communication. She has been managing projects and has published several papers and books on advertising & PR. She was also the coordinator of the European University Teams in Advertising between 2010-2013.
