After Founding and Leading MDC Partners for 36 years , the 8th Largest Marketing and Advertising Services firm in the world , I am now focused on building Peerage Capital Group (“Peerage”), our private equity business that I started 8 years ago. Peerage is focused on building leading platforms in the business services area. Peerage currently has two unique business service platforms – Peerage Realty Partners (www.peeragerealty.com ), one of Canada’s largest residential Real Estate brokerage firms, with partner firms, Chestnut Park Real Estate and Baker Real Estate, selling over $4 billion dollars of single family homes and condominiums annually; and Pine Street Asset Management (www.psam.ca ), a progressive, North American Asset Management firm with over $3 billion dollars of assets under management.

In conjunction with my management team that has worked together for over 15 years, we operate with a unique approach to accelerate the growth of their businesses through value added services that enhance the sustainable, profitable growth rate of the organization, thereby maximizing shareholder value.
Unlike most other organizations, we are a "Professional Partner", committed to long term value creation, with no plan to exit. We are thrilled to partner with management in perpetuity.
We require no outside capital. We use 100% of our own capital, and are able to finance any transaction up to $200 million ourselves.
Over the last 36 years, my management team and I have created businesses with over $7 billion dollars of value, from scratch.
