Fleur Head

Fleur has returned to her hometown of Wellington after working in Auckland for 19 years, the past 12 years in senior management positions.
Her experience spans time working in direct marketing agencies, brand agencies and integrated agencies. She has led some of NZ’s biggest and most challenging accounts and set up successful agency offerings in data, marketing automation and digital transformation.
Fleur is passionate about modernising and transforming the way agencies work with clients. She has dozens of Cannes Lions, Effies, and best in show awards won under her watch as well as multiple Agency of the Year titles.
