Kate has 20 years of experience in research and consultancy and, since joining ORC International in early 1997, has conducted a wide range of research projects for both public and private sector clients. Most of her experience has been in the project management and account management of employee engagement programs, working with clients such as Fujitsu, Sainsbury’s, and Marks and Spencer. She currently fulfills a strategic role on several of the company’s major accounts including Cabinet Office and Tesco.In addition to the management of employee engagement surveys, Kate is an accomplished qualitative researcher, highly experienced in conducting focus groups on complex and sensitive issues.Kate regularly delivers high-level presentations, action planning workshops, and management training sessions, and leads a number of ORC International’s benchmarking groups and seminars
