Malcolm began his career in 1985 with Ogilvy Glasgow, then in 1990 moved to Canada to join Ogilvy Toronto. Rising through the ranks of the nation?s top agencies ? DDB, Publicis, JWT ?Malcolm was responsible for the creative effectiveness, across multiple brand groups, of clients such as Amex, Kraft, Diageo, Pfizer, Unilever, Royal Bank, Toyota, and Shell. In 2004, Malcolm left JWT to co-found Smith Roberts, his first client win being a New York software company owned by Lou Dobbs of CNN fame. As President, Malcolm has been responsible for winning and running two of the most talked about campaigns in the country over the past three years. Malcolm is a frequent guest speaker at social media marketing conferences across Canada.
