Consistently inconsistent.
What needs to happen the most in order for a shoot to run smoothly?
Pre-prod, pre-prod and more pre-prod.
Whats your best job/worst job?
Best job is the next one, worst job was the last.
What advice would you offer someone considering a career as a Director?
Shoot stuff all the time. Write and shoot. With today's ease of access to camera and editing technology and platforms for getting work seen, there's no excuse not to get shit done.
