What motivates you to be part of the PHNX Jury, and what do you hope to bring to the judging process?
PHNX Awards are a beacon of creativity and as our industry is becoming more about the tools such as tech, we need lighthouses like PHNX to push our thinking further and remind us how we bring value to brands and the communities we serve
PHNX has always been about celebrating creativity in all its forms. What new perspectives or disciplines do you think deserve more recognition in award shows today?
Climate is fucked and our industry is part of it. Let's stand bold and use our creativity to inspire - to burst the polarisation and imagine a better today!
Which countries or regions do you think are leading the creative field right now? And which emerging markets should we look out for?
I'm excited about the rising creativity in Africa. There is tons of potential to create a better industry, a better path forward.
What trends or cultural shifts do you think will define the most impactful creative work this year?
Polarisation is def. a hot topic with the new US incoming admin, but it's been a topic the last couple of years. AI and the negative effects of digitisation should also deserve some attention. And hey, climate. There are no reason to advertise on lifeless planet.
If you could give one piece of advice to agencies and creatives submitting their work, what would it be?
The great work is not enough. Create a killer case!
Which creative minds are inspiring you the most right now?
The old guard such as Sir John Hegarty always advocating for the importance of creativity - and diversity. All the young folks coming into the industry utilising digital tools and AI in ways, I never imagined.
