Brief | For five consecutive years, McDonald’s has partnered with DDB Warsaw to roll out their winter campaign introducing the "Burger Drwala." Their creative journey started in Lublin with a snowball-themed campaign. This was followed by captivating themes like an ice slide in Gdańsk, a snowfall setting in Szczecin, and an ice-themed restaurant in Toruń. In 2022, they took their ingenuity a notch higher by fashioning the McDonald’s branch in Ustroń with a distinctive sweater look. Achieving this unique design required more than 22 kilometers of yarn. Over a span of 28 days, meticulous attention was given to ensure that both the external facade and the interior elements of the restaurant showcased intricate, soft braided patterns. The result? Arguably, the most inviting and coziest McDonald's restaurant in Poland. Initially featured as part of an advertising campaign, this delightful theme was later unveiled to the public, attracting all those enchanted by the "Better Side of Winter." |
