What motivates you to be part of the PHNX Jury, and what do you hope to bring to the judging process?
Being part of the PHNX Jury is an incredible honor and a unique opportunity to engage with some of the brightest minds in the creative industry.
Being part of the jury allows me to contribute to the broader creative community by recognizing and rewarding excellence and responsibility.
In terms of what I hope to bring to the judging process, I aim to offer a balanced and thoughtful perspective. My background is: advertising self-regulation. I hope to contribute to a judging process that is inclusive, transparent, and celebratory of the diverse talents and voices within our industry.
PHNX has always been about celebrating creativity in all its forms. What new perspectives or disciplines do you think deserve more recognition in award shows today?
Creativity is a dynamic and ever-evolving field, and PHNX plays a crucial role in recognizing and celebrating its diverse manifestations of the full spectrum of creativity and inspire future generations of creators.
As we look to the future, there are several new perspectives and disciplines that deserve more recognition: Sustainability and Social Impact, Cultural Relevance, Inclusive Design, Storytelling in New Formats, Creative Technology...
By recognizing these new perspectives and disciplines, award shows like PHNX can continue to champion the full spectrum of creativity and inspire future generations of creators.
Which countries or regions do you think are leading the creative field right now? And which emerging markets should we look out for?

Ethical Consumption and Sustainable Practices, Health and Wellness, Storytelling and Authenticity, and of course Technological Integration (AI...).
If you could give one piece of advice to agencies and creatives submitting their work, what would it be?
Emphasize the storytelling and emotional impact of your work.
