| Brief | In July 2024, on the eve of the Paris 2024 Games, LVMH wished to celebrate the excellence of athletes, the "artisans of all victories", through a spectacular billboard campaign on the Montparnasse Tower in Paris. This display aimed to highlight Léon Marchand, a young prodigy in world swimming and a great French hope for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, as the brand’s ambassador.The display is part of a communication strategy initiated on July 24, 2023, the day of the announcement of the partnership between LVMH and Paris 2024: on that day, LVMH announced its partnership and commitment to Léon Marchand. An announcement that launched the brand’s signature for Paris 2024: Artisan of all victories.Léon Marchand’s display on the Montparnasse Tower is a conclusion of this strategy: the athlete stands ready to dive into his Olympic challenge, which will see him achieve feats and win 5 medals, including 4 gold.The realization of this extraordinary display required close collaboration between LVMH, the Havas Play teams, the Montparnasse Tower, and the Publipeint installation teams. Nothing less was needed to design, manufacture, and install the world’s largest billboard on the tallest tower in Paris. |
