| Brief | Themed “I carry a story”, the 2023 calendar presents the life story of twelve different Faktum sellers in the form of emotionally charged works of art with unique titles. Each month, a new life-changing turning point in the life of a Faktum seller is presented. Twelve human destinies, twelve beautiful still lifes and twelve engaging short stories. The artist and art director Nicklas Hultman brought the stories to life through a self-developed art form he calls Baroque Ikebana. Every detail was carefully chosen to convey the deeply personal accounts that are shared with the public. The unique title of each still life is a hybrid word in Swedish, created to summarize each of the pivotal experiences portrayed. The result is a wall calendar where darkness and light meet in a magnificent setting. |
