Story In a consulting-room, an plastic surgeon removes delicately the bandages of a patient who was just operated. Suddenly, the surgeon assistant crunchs into a Nestlé barrette and begins to laugh with a surprizing and uncontrolled manner. The patient who thinks that the assistant laughs about her facts, expects the worst and faints, the head before. Then we hear the snap of a breaking noose.
Story (original language) Dans un cabinet, un chirurgien esthétique retire délicatement les bandages d'une patiente qui vient de se faire opérer. Soudain, l'assistante du chirurgien croque dans une barrette Nestlé et commence à rire de façon étrange et incontrôlée. La patiente, pensant que l'assistante rit à cause de son visage, s'attend au pire... Elle tombe dans les pommes, la tête la première. On entend alors le craquement d'un nez cassé.
