Wind farm projects are continuously stopped due to local protests, leading to the staggering reality: Zero wind turbines will be installed in 2023. The main reason for this? People believe wind turbines ruin the beautiful Danish landscape.Andel set out to change the outdated view on wind turbines, challenging the way the Danes picture their landscape. To help us, we turned to the most iconic depictions of the Danish landscape and updated them to include what is needed to protect the beautiful landscapes in the future: Wind turbines.‘Danish Beauty Remastered’ was a comprehensive, integrated campaign that highly involved and confronted the Danes with one of our most pressing predicaments facing a sustainable future.
